The course is designed for you to complete one lesson per day, five days a week, for 6 weeks. Each lesson is between 5 and 15 minutes. Some days have "homework" for you to complete before moving on to the next lesson.
Change doesn’t happen overnight. Real growth happens when people have a chance to take what they’ve learned and immediately apply it. By making time daily to take in the material, reflect on it, and apply it, the impact of this course will be long-lasting.
The course will be open to you for 90 days, twice as long as it should take you to work through the course. If you enroll in the VIP experience, that window is extended to 120 days.
With the VIP Experience, you also get 2 60-minute coaching calls with either Dr. Musgrove or Dr. Eigel. The first call will occur after you complete Week 2 in which you walk through an exercise to identify your personal Growth Opportunity. While this exercise can be done successfuly on your own, many students find it valuable talk through it with the coach to gain more clarity around what they should be targeting in their growth efforts.
The second coaching call is after the completion of Week 5. It will be a check in on the Small Steps coming out of Week 2 as well as the opportunity to practice and/or get feedback on the active listening exercises taught in Week 5. Participants can choose to do a practice exercise with the coach or to submit a recording of a conversation for feedback.
Additional coaching sessions are available for an additional fee.
We think this kind of experience is even better when done in relationship, so we'd love for you to invite others to join you. Each person will need to enroll in the course separately so they have their own account. If you have a group of 5 or more, reach out to us for a group discount code.
